(2) Can I argue my parking ticket in court?
Yes. Just like any other arrest or citation, you are allowed to argue your case in court in front of a judge or jury. If you do choose to do so, make arrangements with the Pepin County Clerk of Courts Office Immediately. In addition, contact the City of Durand Police Department at 715-672-5948 so no late fees are assessed.

(3) What happens if I don't pay my parking ticket?
If you fail to pay your citation and have not made arrangements in court, each fine will be doubled after it is late. If payment is still not received you will be sent a reminder letter. If you still do not pay the citation, your vehicles registration will be suspended and will bar you from registering any other vehicles until said fine is paid.
