SNOW REMOVAL PARKING NOTICE
CITY ORDINANCE 14.1.07 PARKING, STOPPING AND STANDING
REGULATIONS.
B. SNOW REMOVAL. No person shall park any motor vehicle between the hours of
the months of November, December, January, February and March for the
purpose of SNOW REMOVAL.
Vehicles found to be in violation of the ordinance will be ticketed and those violations interfering with the clean-up process in the business area will be towed away immediately. Vehicles left over 24 hours after receiving a ticket in a Residential Area will also be subject to tow away enforcement action.
The minimum cost for a tow away to the vehicle owner will be $50.00. The size of the vehicle and other circumstances could increase this amount. The parking violation ticket is $10.00.
